11/19/22: Mike at MD Ellis saved me from a continuing cycle of wasted time and bad work by another company. Both were sent by my home warranty. Mike got right to work–on time– and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. The fact is, though, that I needed a new air conditioning unit. This was the original from 1997. His team was able to install the new one in about 30-45 minutes. Again, they were polite and professional.  Sorry for those who had a bad experience.  Mine was nothing but great.
